My Account:

How do I create an account? 

  1. Click the "Create an Account" link at the top right side of our site.
  2. Enter your personal and shipping details.
  3. Click create My Account 

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account" link in the menu bar to edit your account information.

I forgot my password.

To reset your password, go to the "Login page" and click the "Forgot your password?" located beneath the "Sign in to Your Account" button. That link will send an email that you can use to reset your password.

What are the terms of the license agreement? 

The License Agreement states that you will have access to your downloaded sessions or streaming videos for one year from the purchase date.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact customer service within 48 hours and you will be issued a credit towards a future purchase.

Technical Support - Downloaded Video

How do I download my videos?

You may download your videos by accessing them through the "My Library" tab on the website’s navigation bar.

How do I watch my videos after they have downloaded?

  1. Browse to the location you saved the downloaded ZIP file on your PC.
  2. Select the ZIP file and right-click on it.
  3. Select “Extract All” on the right-click menu and extract your file to its desired location on your PC.
  4. Open the folder that you extracted the files to and double click on CLICK_HERE_TO_START.htm.
  5. Click the “Play” link.

How do I watch my videos in Internet Explorer if Firefox is my default browser?

In order to watch your videos in Internet Explorer:

  1. Right-click on the file named: CLICK_HERE_TO_START (which may also be listed as CLICK_HERE_TO_START.html).
  2. Select “Open With” on the menu and choose “Internet Explorer”.
  3. If Internet Explorer is not available in the list of programs, select the “Choose Program...” item from the list.
  4. Select the Internet Explorer item from the list of programs.
  5. Click the “OK” button

What are the technical requirements for this website?

How do I allow blocked content?

How long will it take to download my video?

Download times may vary depending on your connection speed.

Can I watch the same video on more than one computer?

No, videos may only be watched on the computer they were downloaded to.

What are the technical requirements to use this website?

How will the course on CD be shipped?

Your course will be shipped to you via UPS ground.

I am having trouble playing my CD

What are the technical requirements of the CD?

The latest editions of Media Player and Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher are required.
Latest versions are always available as free downloads on Microsoft’s Web site.

Internet Explorer 8

Windows Media Player

Setting Windows Media Player as your default player is also required. Follow the steps below to set Media Player as your default player:

  • Open My Computer from the Start menu
  • Select Tools menu option
  • Select ‘File Types’ tab
  • Scroll down to WMV in the Extensions column
  • If File Type does not equal "Windows Media Audio/Video file", click the Change button and select Windows Media Player
  • Click OK and then Close
  • Return to your SAPinsider Seminars on Demand video sessions and click Play

What comes with the course on CD?

Course books with a complete set of slides, and any reference articles, worksheets, checklists or other take–home resources the speaker distributed during the live session.

When will I receive my course on CD?

Your course will be shipped within 10 business days after your purchase via UPS ground.
